Morgan Stanley Wealth Management provides a range of wealth management products and services for affluent individuals, businesses and institutions. These services include brokerage and investment advisory, financial and wealth planning, credit and lending, cash management, annuities and insurance, retirement and trust.
The Morgan Stanley at Work COO team supports various business areas, including Global Public Equity, Global Private Markets, Executive Financial Services, and Retirement and Financial Wellness. We are seeing an experienced project manager to lead complex projects that advance strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate day-to-day execution to support end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, and dependencies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, success criteria, and key dependencies, translating inputs into clear project deliverables
- Draft, maintain, and govern core project artifacts (e.g., scope, project plans/schedules, resource assumptions, and risk/issue logs) ensuring accuracy and traceability
- Produce senior management-ready communications, including presentations, dashboards, and status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, risk/issues, achievements and required decisions across the book of work.
- Provide coordination and working-level guidance to project team members to enable effective collaboration, consistent communications, and continuous process improvement
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, effectively prioritize work in a dynamic environment, and quickly learning/adapting to new tools and platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who is highly motivated, intellectually curious, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate
- Demonstrated ability to learn new products, processes, and apply judgment to deliver outcomes aligned to business goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience partnering across teams and engaging senior stakeholders, able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable updates
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior managers

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
