Fleet Operations Specialist

National Fleet Specialist – Hybrid (Woodcliff Lake, NJ)

Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Duration: 6-7 Month's Contract

Seeking professionals with 3+ years of experience in fleet operations, automotive coordination, dealership service loaner programs, rental car operations, or vehicle administration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong MS Office skills (Word & Outlook required)

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities include fleet coordination, vehicle exchanges, registration/titling support, dealership/vendor communication, inventory management, and maintaining accurate vehicle administration records.
