As a Product Manager at Sibros, you aren't just managing a product backlog - you are the architect of our product’s competitive edge. You will sit at the intersection of deep-tech engineering, business strategy, and user experience. We are looking for a "Product CEO" mindset: someone who can navigate the ambiguity of the automotive tech landscape, synthesize complex data into a clear vision, and lead cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact results.
What you’ll do
- Drive Data-Informed Iteration: Beyond just collecting metrics, you will define the KPIs that matter. You’ll use product analytics and A/B testing to pivot or persevere on key features.
- Champion the Customer: Be the "Voice of the User" in every room. You’ll conduct continuous discovery to deeply understand customer pain points before they even become "requirements."
- Optimize Value Delivery: Ruthlessly prioritize the backlog. You’ll make the hard trade-off decisions between technical debt, feature requests, and strategic bets to maximize ROI.
- Product Strategy & Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle for high-impact data applications serving fleet operators and end consumers from discovery and requirements through production and scale. Examples include fleet intelligence (predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, safety scoring) and customer-facing tools (self-serve analytics, reporting portals, AI-powered insights).
- Technical Validation: Partner closely with Data Engineering and broader Product Management teams to define success metrics, evaluate statistical models, and ensure the integrity and credibility of AI-driven outputs.
- Autonomous Decision-Making: Act as the primary authority for your product domain, synthesizing market insights and technical constraints into a clear, prioritized roadmap without requiring day-to-day tactical guidance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Interface with Business Development and Engineering to translate complex customer needs into scalable, platform-agnostic solutions that serve diverse market segments.
Ideal attributes
- Systems Thinking: You approach product development through a systems lens, understanding how individual applications interact with broader platform architectures and data ecosystems.
- Communication: You can translate highly technical data concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical execution and commercial objectives.
- Strategic Autonomy: You are a principled, self-directed leader with a history of making high-stakes decisions independently. You excel at navigating ambiguity and establishing clear directions in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of Professional Experience: You possess a significant track record in Product Management at high-growth environments, specifically within the automotive, mobility, or industrial IoT sectors. You have successfully delivered complex technical products to market at scale.
- 2+ years of Data Science & Analytics Experience: Experience of delivering data-intensive products or LLM/Generative AI integrations in production, with the technical depth to evaluate data science workflows, model performance, and statistical significance alongside specialized engineering teams.
- Automotive Domain Expertise: You have a comprehensive understanding of the automotive lifecycle, including vehicle data architectures, telematics, and the operational requirements of both fleet and consumer-facing OEMs.
- Post-graduate degree : Master's degree in Engineering or any other equivalent field is highly preferred.
- Product Management or relevant certification : Certifications like PMP, CSPO etc. are preferred.
- Advanced Technical Credibility: Published machine learning research or meaningful contributions to the open-source community, demonstrating a deep, principled understanding of systems.
- Real-Time Data Infrastructure: Proven experience of developing data products focused on streaming architectures, edge computing, and low-latency environments.
- Governance & Ethics: Proficiency in navigating global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and emerging AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act), with a focus on model explainability, bias monitoring, and ethical deployment.
- Competitive Compensation: A package inclusive of performance incentives.
- Growth Environment: A dynamic work environment with a flat hierarchy and rapid career advancement.
- Learning & Development: Access to continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and a culture that promotes balance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance and wellness programs.
- Modern Policy: Flexible vacation and paid time off,you decide when you need a break.
- Team Culture: Regular team events, off-sites, and a budget for online courses, books, and conferences.
