Benefits Enrollment Associate - Entry-Level Opportunity (West Palm Beach) | $95,000–$150,000

We are hiring for a full-time Benefits Advisor role with first-year earning potential typically between $95,000 and $150,000, with strong long-term income growth and residual income opportunities. No prior experience or degree is required, and we provide structured training and mentorship to support your growth.

This opportunity is with The Dorne Region, affiliated with UnitedHealthcare and operating across 11 locations in 6 states. We are expanding in West Palm Beach and looking for individuals ready to step into a high-performance role.

As part of this role, you will work with individuals who are seeking guidance around health insurance and life benefits. You will help them understand their options, walk them through next steps, and maintain consistent follow-up in a structured workflow.

You will have access to 35 to 55 fresh, real-time leads daily through our proprietary CRM at no cost, giving you consistent opportunities to build your pipeline.

We provide structured training and ongoing support, making this role accessible even if you are new to the industry. The process is repeatable, and most people become comfortable as they gain experience.
