NewDay USA is hiring full-time Financial Services professionals to join our high‑performance teams in West Palm Beach and Fulton. New hires will gain hands-on experience with daily financial operations, attend presentations from top Account Executives, participate in team competitions, and build a strong professional network while exploring the financial district of Downtown West Palm Beach.

We are hiring for our April 2026 and June 2026 full‑time new‑hire classes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $60,000 per year
• Unlimited commission potential

🎓 Required Qualifications (Deal‑Breakers)

To be considered for a full‑time role, candidates must meet ALL of the following:

• Must hold or be completing a bachelor’s degree earned from an accredited U.S. college or university
• Preferably majoring in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Must be graduating December 2025 May 2026 or be a recent graduate (within 3 years)
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Strong communication skills
• 0–1 years of experience in financial services
