Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at our San Antonio, TX location. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for presenting and selling vacation ownership products to prospective buyers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve engaging with clients, delivering impactful sales presentations, addressing customer inquiries, and building lasting relationships. You will also work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Customer service skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns with a solutions-oriented approach
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or vacation ownership sales is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
