Responsibilities

• As a High-Volume Recruiter, you will bring a proven track record of success in high‑volume recruiting, with preferred experience in the insurance industry.
• This role goes beyond transactional recruiting—you will apply a consultative mindset, leverage a strong understanding of local labor market trends, and use data‑driven insights to inform and influence hiring strategies in partnership with business leaders.
• Strategic Sourcing & Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of insurance-related positions, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse and robust talent pipelines.
• Market Intelligence & Consultation: Conduct thorough local market analysis, staying abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities within the insurance sector. Proactively consult with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that shape recruitment strategies and optimize hiring outcomes.
