Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and confirm interviews, coordinating schedules between candidates and hiring teams
- Keep applicant tracking systems up to date with candidate progress and documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and updates
- Assist in posting open roles and monitoring incoming applications
- Help prepare hiring documentation and onboarding materials
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
