About The Opportunity

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring the efficient and timely manufacturing of products. This role involves managing a production team, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

About You

As a Production Manager, you will:

• Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Lead and develop a high-performing production team
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize production workflows
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and regulations
• Implement production management tools and methodologies
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members
• Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed

• Strong leadership and production management skills
• Ability to optimize workflows and drive efficiencies
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in production management software and tools
• 5+ years of experience in production management roles, preferred
• Bachelors degree in engineering, business or a related field, preferred
