The position is for an Accountant and Treasury Coordinator, reporting directly to the North American CFO. The responsibilities are primarily focused on zone cash activity management, cash forecasting, treasury tools access management, Fives Inc accounting and cash management, as well as forecasting and support in other areas such as tax.
Treasury
Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities:
- Wells Fargo Access administration: managing access and payment issuance rights, ensuring consistency with Fives' directives, and coordinating with divisions.
- Maintaining and harmonizing use of the Wells Fargo platform, including opening new bank accounts, handling maintenance, and KYC diligence.
- Ensuring weekly/monthly Wells Fargo reporting is accurate and timely, including computation and analysis of the Borrowing Base Certificate.
- Acting as USD/CAD cash pooling local liaison officer, providing local support for daily cash pool management and updating Kyriba.
- Maintaining books and records in SAP for Fives Inc.
- Quarterly reporting to Group.
- Identifying and organizing rebills.
- Analyzing actuals and explaining deviations to budgets.
- Contributing to budget planning for Fives Inc legal entity.
- Cash flow forecasting, reporting, and process management.
- Managing entry and reconciliation of wire and ACH transfers.
- Handling intercompany loans.
- Supporting the NA zone director for tax determination, filing, and related administrative work.
- Assisting with additional projects as assigned by the zone CFO.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounting/treasury areas.
- Intermediate skills in accounting software, budget & planning, general business knowledge, GAAP/IFRS guidelines, verbal and written communication, and Microsoft products.
- Advanced treasury management skills.
- Strong work ethic, analytical problem-solving ability, discretion, and confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication and coordination within the department and organization.
- BA/BS in Finance or Accounting required; CPA preferred.
