🚨 Account Executive – High-Growth New Business SaaS Role (Detroit) 🚨
We’re looking for a true hunter to own a 100% net-new business software sales role focused on building pipeline from scratch, breaking into new accounts, and closing complex deals with business leaders across a defined territory.
This is not an account management role. It is built for someone who thrives in the front end of the sales cycle and is energized by cold calling, door knocking, and generating their own pipeline.
Day-to-day, you’ll spend your time in a structured but fast-moving environment:
- ~50% in-office for training, strategy, role plays, pipeline building, and 1:1 coaching
- ~50% in the field meeting prospects, running appointments, and conducting in-person drop-ins
- Heavy emphasis on self-generated activity and outbound prospecting
- Average sales cycles range from 4–12 months depending on deal size and complexity
- High-rejection environment — persistence and resilience are non-negotiable
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Comfortable prospecting daily and starting conversations from scratch
- Experienced selling into business decision-makers (C-level exposure is a plus)
- Competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance and earnings potential
- Proven in B2B environments with cold calling and closing responsibility
- Able to manage long, consultative sales cycles without losing urgency
What success looks like:
- Consistent outbound activity and pipeline generation
- Ability to run a full sales cycle independently
- Strong closing skills with multi-stakeholder deals
- High accountability against performance metrics
OTE - $200k Y1, Top performers exceeding $500k
