Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or service desk leadership within a SaaS/cloud-first environment
- Proven leadership skills, including mentoring junior staff and cross-functional partnership experience, particularly with People/HR on user lifecycle workflows
- Strong technical diagnostic skills with a hypothesis-driven approach, capable of isolating issues across client, network, authentication, service, and data layers
