We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Sales Asset Manager or Owner Solutions Team that is a part of our Business Development DACH Department within Sales and Relationship Management (CCO-Area). We drive client acquisition across the DACH region, working with asset owners (institutional clients) and asset managers (boutiques, wealth managers, banks, etc.), and design bespoke fund solutions.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Execute the sales strategy and drive sales growth across institutional and asset manager clients in the DACH region
- Proactively acquire new clients, manage and expand the sales pipeline, and own the end‑to‑end sales process from lead qualification to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision‑makers at target clients and key business partners
- Plan, lead, and deliver tailored client meetings, sales presentations, and negotiations
- Manage RfP and due diligence processes in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Lead fund launches, including contract negotiations and coordination across internal teams and service providers
- Represent the firm at conferences, industry events, and professional associations
Your skills and experience:
- Several years of professional experience (min. 3, ideally 5 years) in sales related to ManCo/KVG, fund administration, custody, or asset management services
- Proven experience managing complex sales processes, including RfPs
- Established or developing network within asset managers or institutional clients in the DACH region
- Good understanding of the asset management and servicing value chain, covering multiple asset classes and related fund structures
- Strategic and entrepreneurial sales mindset combined with a structured, results‑driven, and independent working style
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a strong client and service orientation
- High level of initiative, flexibility, resilience, and teamwork, paired with a strong willingness to travel
- University degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a comparable qualification
- Fluent German (native/C2 level) and very good to fluent business English (C1 level), written and spoken
