As a Senior Business Analyst for Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ initiatives, analyze data, optimize workflows, and manage mini projects that drive the implementation forward.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst required
- Additional certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce CPQ Specialist are highly desirable
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent work experience is acceptable)
