The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling passive networking solutions and data center infrastructure to enterprise, government, hyperscale, and commercial customers. This role involves developing new business, managing key accounts, working closely with presales and technical teams, and achieving assigned sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales of passive networking solutions including structured cabling (copper & fiber), racks, containment systems, patch panels, ODFs, and related accessories.
  • Promote data center infrastructure solutions, including end‑to‑end passive design for enterprise, colocation, hyperscale, and edge data centers.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with company targets and market opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise, government, BFSI, healthcare, education, and data center clients.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
  • Engage with MEP consultants, consultants, EPC contractors, and data center design firms at early project stages.
  • Work closely with vendor partners and manufacturers to drive joint opportunities and meet vendor revenue commitments.
  • Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, contract terms, and closing processes.
  • Collaborate with presales, engineering, and project teams to propose technically compliant and commercially viable solutions.
  • Support RFPs, RFQs, and tenders by providing commercial inputs, BOQs, and solution positioning.
  • Ensure solutions comply with international standards (TIA, ISO, IEEE, ANSI, etc.).


Qualifications & Experience:


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

7–12 years of sales experience in passive networking, structured cabling, data center infrastructure.

Proven track record of selling to enterprise and data center customers.

Strong exposure to fiber and copper solutions, racks, containment, and cable management.

Experience working with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and distributors.

Fluent in Arabic & English speaking.
