Our client, a global medical device manufacturer, is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to support the expansion and modernization of its marketing operations ecosystem. This role will focus on optimizing marketing technologies, improving workflows, enabling scalable execution, and driving operational excellence across the marketing organization.
The ideal candidate combines expertise in marketing operations, project management, marketing systems, and cross-functional collaboration. This position will partner closely with marketing teams, IT, agencies, and external vendors to implement scalable solutions and improve operational visibility and efficiency.
- Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of marketing systems and platforms
- Support integrations between marketing technologies, enterprise systems, and digital tools
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions to track KPIs, project status, and operational metrics
- Develop workflows, templates, governance standards, and scalable operational processes
- Deliver training programs, onboarding materials, and best practice documentation
- Collaborate with IT, agencies, and cross-functional teams to improve marketing execution
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Ensure platform compliance, data integrity, and system governance
- Support organizational change management initiatives related to new systems and workflows
