Your Purpose

You will help bring new product capabilities to life and ensure they are successfully adopted by both internal teams and customers. You will work closely with product leadership, engineering, sales, and customer success to coordinate feature rollouts, equip teams with the right resources, and ensure customers clearly understand the value of new functionality.

You will also help connect product work to real customer needs by capturing feedback and sharing insights that improve the roadmap and user experience.

Your Responsibilities

Internal Enablement & Rollout

  • Partner with sales and customer success to plan and execute internal rollouts for new features.
  • Create enablement materials including release notes, training docs, demo scripts, and FAQs.
  • Coordinate UAT with team leads to gather feedback and confirm readiness before launch.
  • Support product-related questions in sales and customer success conversations.
  • Improve internal communication and project workflows.

External Launch & Adoption

  • Coordinate external launches with marketing and customer success to ensure a clear user experience.
  • Draft customer communications including in-app announcements, changelog updates, and emails.
  • Monitor feature adoption and share insights for iteration.
  • Help build repeatable rollout processes as Forecastr scales.

Customer Feedback & Roadmap Input

  • Participate in customer interviews and discovery calls to gather feedback and identify needs.
  • Collect feedback across support, product usage, sales calls, and customer success interactions.
  • Summarize insights to support product prioritization decisions.
  • Share customer perspectives with product leadership and engineering.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to keep work aligned.
  • Contribute across teams as needed in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of product management experience at a tech enabled-service or technology company.
  • Experience coordinating feature rollouts to internal teams and external users.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across engineering, design, sales, and customer-facing roles.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers through interviews, feedback sessions, or discovery calls.
  • Strong communicator able to translate product updates for non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth tech-enabled services company.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Notion, Jira, Mixpanel, or Asana.
  • Experience creating enablement materials such as release notes, training docs, or demo scripts.
  • Background in financial software, fintech, FP&A, or related areas.

Note: This is a Telecommute/Work from Home position. This role is open to candidates located in the United States, excluding California. We are not currently set up to employ individuals residing in California.

Salary Range: $105,000-$120000
