Dealops is building the revenue infrastructure the next decade of B2B runs on. B2B pricing is exploding in complexity (usage, outcomes, hybrids, bespoke terms) and the current sales stack breaks under it.


We’re building the layer that makes modern pricing operable: policy enforcement, auditability, and AI-powered recommendations you can actually trust in enterprise environments.


If we win, Dealops becomes to revenue what Salesforce is to pipeline.


The opportunity

As our Founding Account Executive, you’ll be our first GTM hire (in-person in SF). You’ll own the full sales cycle end-to-end and partner directly with the CEO to define our GTM motion - ICP, messaging, outbound strategy, qualification, and how we run and win deals.


This is not a “follow the playbook” role. You’ll build the playbook.


What you’ll own

  • Full-cycle ownership - source, qualify, run discovery, solution, negotiate, and close
  • Build pipeline - create target lists, run outbound experiments, and iterate messaging weekly
  • Win complex buying committees - RevOps, Finance, Sales leadership, Legal/Security
  • Shape the GTM machine - talk track, qualification criteria, deal process, tooling, and handoffs
  • Tight product partnership - feed market insights into roadmap and help turn pilots into repeatable wins


What makes you a fit

  • 3–5 years of experience in a quota-carrying AE role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI startup
  • Proven record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals ($50K-100K+ ACV)
  • Strong hunter mentality, comfortable with outbound prospecting and experimentation
  • You thrive in ambiguity and move fast with high ownership
  • Bonus: sold into RevOps, Finance, Sales Ops/GTM Systems, or pricing-related workflows
