AmeriSave Mortgage is seeking a Lock Desk Analyst to join their team. The role involves working remotely and managing the Lock Desk queue, enforcing rate lock policy, and providing support to loan origination units.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Pricing/Lock Desk Support experience
- 3+ years of general Mortgage experience
- Working Knowledge of secondary mortgage market framework (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA/VA mortgage programs)
- Strong critical thinking and math skills
- Microsoft Office applications experience required
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Detail oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environment
