As the second Product Designer at Pogo, you'll help lead the product design and creative direction for our new consumer insights product. You will design core product experiences end-to-end, craft polished interfaces, and help define the product roadmap and design language.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of design experience, including experience designing software products
- Experience designing AI interactions and enterprise-grade products is a plus
- Familiarity with Figma and ability to use it efficiently
- Strong product intuition and ability to create experiences that index on simplicity and clarity
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
