Job Description

Primary Skil: Project manager

Secondary:Good communication skills, Agile tools

5–7+ years of experience in technology delivery, project coordination, Agile delivery, or technical program/project management.

Proven experience facilitating delivery routines such as kickoff sessions, status meetings, tollgates, and stakeholder reviews.

Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, issues, and impediments across multiple teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to present clear delivery updates to leadership.

Experience coordinating delivery activities with cross-functional technology and business partners.

Strong understanding of Enterprise Change Management, governance, and compliance processes within a regulated environment.

Ability to drive alignment with business sponsors and ensure deliverables meet defined requirements.

Experience supporting resource planning, team capacity discussions, and allocation to delivery milestones.

Background working in a financial institution, or similarly regulated industry.

Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and related tooling such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

Prior experience managing delivery across distributed or multi‑vendor teams.

Familiarity with SDLC processes, technology delivery pipelines, and enterprise integration points.

Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear updates for leadership.

Certification(s) such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent.

Experience with large‑scale transformation or modernization projects.

This role will drive structured delivery routines, maintain transparent communication, and ensure all milestones, risks, and issues are effectively managed. Without a centralized delivery lead, the project faces increased risk of delays, misalignment, and inefficiencies in execution, particularly given the cross‑functional nature of the work and required regulatory and compliance oversight.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

PMP certification is a plus
