Application Support Specialist

Our Global Technology Solutions team builds digital solutions, from sensors and IoT devices to data, analytics and AI-driven capabilities, that support our ISS A/S operations across Cleaning, Workplace, Food and Technical Services.

With tech hubs in Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Porto, and teams collaborating across more than 30 countries, our ISS Tech team develops our digital solutions that have a real impact on both our customers and our people.

What Will You Do

• 1st and 2nd line support on requests and incidents for ISS applications.
• Continuous improvement of processes and tools.
• Log, research, and resolve issues assigned to you in our ITSM platform.

• You should, as a minimum, have completed a relevant IT education.
• 2-5 years of experience within IT support function.
• Willing to learn and grow with the organization.
• Some experience with application support.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional communications and customer service skills.
• Great capacity to create a high-level overview of the task at hand, at the same time while still focusing on the details.
