Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for Business Analyst accountable for capturing, clarifying, tracking, and governing requirements across business, regulatory, and player experience, ensuring Option A is fully defined, compliant, and executable within the agreed project timelines. BA will be accompanied by Architect/Tech Lead and QA Lead all throughout the requirement elicitation process, from the very initiation of this opportunity.

Requirements:

1. Requirements Capture & Clarification

- Collect, consolidate, and formalize business, marketing, and regulatory requirements related to the LoRo VLT opportunity, as pertains to the remit of products.

- Proactively clarify ambiguities and gaps through structured discussions with stakeholders (Product, Architecture, Delivery, Compliance, Partners).

- Act as the primary owner of functional clarifications, ensuring shared understanding.

2. JIRA Requirements Management

- Create, structure, and maintain requirements, epics, and user stories in JIRA, aligned with Option A scope.

- Translate high level requirements into a clear functional scope.

- Ensure each requirement includes:

- Clear description and rationale

• Acceptance criteria (measurable, testable)
• Dependencies and assumptions
• Traceability to LoRo source documentation and approvals

- Manage requirement lifecycle in JIRA.

- Maintain end to end traceability: mapping of LoRo requirements → JIRA Epics → JIRA Stories

- Own Definition-of-Done for Stories

3. Scope Definition (for Option A only)

- Explicitly identify:

• Baseline vs. custom behaviour
• Out of scope items
• Transitional requirements (coexistence with current BOJI setup)

- Support scope governance by assessing impacts of requirement changes (functional, compliance, delivery).

4. Dedicated Functional Coverage the BA is accountable for functional definition and clarification across the following areas:

- User Journey

- End to end player journeys across VLT, Mobile APP, PAM, RGS and orchestration systems.

- Cover standard flows, edge cases, error handling, and regulatory constraints. 3rd party player-facing experiences

- Define player journey User Stories and dependencies between platforms and third parties (not detailed requirements).

Game Definition

- Capture game rules, configuration parameters, lifecycle, and operational behaviour.

- Ensure alignment with marketing expectations and regulatory approvals.

Pool

- Define pool logic, thresholds, replenishment rules, suspension/reset conditions, and operational constraints.

- Ensure pool behaviour is compliant, testable, and clearly documented.

Multiplier

- Define multiplier mechanics, eligibility rules, calculation logic, and payout impact.

- Clarify dependencies with game logic, pool behaviour, and player experience.

5. Stakeholder Alignment & Workshops

- Organize and lead requirements workshops and working sessions with Internal teams (Product, Architecture, Delivery)

- Participate in workshops and working sessions with External partners (ELCA, Adesso, SGI, SADAMEL)

- Drive convergence by documenting agreed clarifications in JIRA and formal artefacts.

- Ensure stakeholder sign off on clarified requirements where required.

6. Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

- Ensure requirements are consistent with existing LoRo approvals and regulatory constraints.

- Translate regulatory obligations into actionable, testable requirements.

7. Delivery & Testing Support

- Support solution design by detailing user journeys, process flows (e.g. Third-party KYC or Payments) and system interactions.

- Define and validate acceptance criteria and support test strategy alignment (UAT / CAT).

- Ensure requirements remain aligned throughout delivery and testing phases.

8. Documentation & Traceability

- Ensure full traceability between LoRo source material, JIRA items, solution design, and acceptance.
