- This is an hybrid role: (3) in-office work days and (1) work from home day, and open to candidates within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities. This may involve market analysis, identifying target demographics, and understanding industry trends.
- Sales Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales representatives to improve their performance in acquiring new business. Set sales targets, monitor progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals. Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast sales targets and track progress towards meeting them. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections for management review.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in acquiring new business.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
