What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and develop a team in a high-volume environment
• Solid understanding of cost controls, scheduling, and financial performance
• A guest-first mindset and commitment to Napa Flats standards
• Organized, adaptable, and able to make confident decisions
