🔷 Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Product Owner) to drive execution of a defined product area within Catalyst — OneMain Financial''s strategic loan origination platform. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for sprint-level delivery, backlog ownership, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Design, Operations, and Analytics teams.

🔷 Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable sprint-level work in collaboration with Lead Product Manager
• Own and maintain a prioritized backlog with 2–3 sprints of ready work at all times
• Define detailed requirements at the Epic and Story level in partnership with Business, Design, and Engineering
• Drive day-to-day product execution for a dedicated Agile team
• Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks
• Collaborate with Business, Analytics, Operations, Legal, and Compliance partners
• Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and business intent
• Provide clear stakeholder updates on progress, risks, and outcomes

🔷 Required Skills & Experience

• ✅ 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in a technology-driven organization
• ✅ Strong Agile/Scrum experience with backlog management and sprint execution
• ✅ Proven ability to partner with Engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• ✅ Experience in Financial Services or consumer-facing digital products
• ✅ Familiarity with third-party software integrations (verifications, credit lookup, etc.)
• ✅ Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience

🔷 Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or lending platforms
• Background in consumer lending, fintech, or digital banking
• Exposure to compliance, legal, and regulatory product environments
• Strong data analysis and insight-driven prioritization skills
