Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within a medical device manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, project timelines, product launches, and manufacturing readiness activities from development through commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage NPI projects for medical device products
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory
• Drive project timelines, budgets, risk management, and deliverables
• Support product transfer, process development, and manufacturing scale-up activities
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• 10+ years of project management experience in medical device manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of NPI, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing operations
• Experience working in regulated FDA/GMP environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
