Order Entry Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Entry Specialist, located in Monmouth County, NJ. The Order Entry Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely order entry, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order management, responding to customer inquiries, verifying order details, and maintaining detailed records of transactions.

• Proficiency in Purchase Orders, Order Entry, and Order Processing
• Strong skills in Order Management and maintaining accurate records
• Experience in delivering outstanding Customer Service and addressing client needs
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with ERP or order management systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor's degree is a plus
