Job Description

You will be the Project Management & Planning Ops - Level 2 for the F‑35 Special Tooling and Test Equipment (STATE) Team which is responsible for delivering and coordinating special tooling and test equipment for the F‑35 program.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Project Management & Planning Ops - Level 2 you will be responsible for planning, executing, and synchronizing the delivery of Special Tooling (ST) and Special Test Equipment (STE) across internal and external suppliers.

"Your responsibilities will include:"

  • Coordinate delivery of Special Tooling (ST) and Special Test Equipment (STE) for the F‑35 program.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely support.
  • Oversee execution of tooling and equipment plans, tracking milestones and risks.
  • Drive communication between engineering, test, and logistics teams to align schedules.
  • Produce status reports and performance metrics for senior leadership.

Desired Skills

Associated degree or higher from an accredited college, or education/equivalent work experience.

Experience with cost, schedule, and delivery

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

Experience with Variance Analysis Report (VAR)

CAM (Control Account Manager) experience

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
