Job Summary
We're hiring a Head of Growth to own and build the company's entire go-to-market (GTM) function from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving pipeline, refining positioning, closing enterprise deals, and building a scalable growth engine.
You'll work closely with the founders to shape strategy while remaining hands-on in execution — from demand generation to enterprise sales — and eventually hiring and leading a high-performing growth team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full go-to-market strategy — from pipeline generation to deal closure
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging tailored to CIOs, transformation leaders, and SAP teams
- Drive demand generation across multiple channels, including content, events, partnerships, and outbound sales
- Build and optimize enterprise sales processes to drive consistent pipeline growth and conversion
- Collaborate with founders on pricing, packaging, and expansion strategies
- Establish scalable growth frameworks and KPIs
- Hire, train, and lead the growth team as the company scales
- 2+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or go-to-market roles
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or similar B2B environments
- Track record of building and converting high-quality sales pipelines
- Experience selling to or marketing toward large enterprises (e.g., Fortune 500)
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin (mandatory)
- Experience in AI, automation, or enterprise software
- Existing network within SAP, consulting, or enterprise tech ecosystems
- Previous experience as an early-stage startup growth hire
- Exposure to high-performance B2B sales environments
