Health Informatics Analyst

We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical data. • Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows
• Identify errors, gaps, or inaccuracies in how AI interprets or presents health information
• Provide structured expert feedback to help improve AI accuracy and reliability in health contexts
• Review and assess data pipelines, reporting logic, and clinical decision-support outputs
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments — on your schedule

• Hands-on experience with electronic health records (EHR), clinical data systems, or health information platforms
• Strong analytical background in healthcare data — including reporting, trend analysis, and data quality
• Familiar with clinical and operational workflows across healthcare settings
• Able to communicate complex findings clearly in writing
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in health IT, clinical informatics, or population health analytics
• Familiarity with tools like Epic, Cerner, Tableau, or SQL in a healthcare context
