AKWA Technologies Solutions Inc. (www.AKWAtek.com) is looking for a Field Service Technician.
The sought technician is based in the Greater Montreal and dedicated to our installation partner HydroSolution.

- Job type : Full time (40 hours)
- Possibility of part time or contractual work
- Job location: In person, on job sites
- Salary: TBD upon experience
- Installations OR inspections of water alarm systems
- Customer training (residential or commercial) on products installed
- VIP customer service to be offered to all customers
- Evaluation, diagnostic and identification of any issues needing repairs
- Installation and inspection reports, for each job
- Ability to be autonomous and work with colleagues on small or large scale jobs
- Follow company rules and regulations related to safety and security
- Experience working with the public and providing 5 star customer service
- Perfectly bilingual (french and english)
- Valid driver licence
- Knowledge of electronics / telecommunications is an asset OR equivalent experience
- Field service experience and installing alarm type products is an asset
