Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager Europe

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Coordinate and lead XPeng vehicle logistics operations, execution, network and supplier relationship management and associated activities across Europe
• Coordinate and schedule XPeng vehicle logistics operations activities across Europe
• Manage XPeng vehicle logistics execution, including terminal-, compound-, transportation-, technical services, vehicle handling, movements, etc.
• Manage XPeng vehicle customs clearance procedures, import formalities and associated activities
• Build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers, carriers
• Measure and analyze KPIs according to SLAs to identify opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, manufacturing, finance, etc.) to ensure sufficient support for XPeng OTD process
• Coordinate with logistics planning and logistics quality functions to maximize efficiency with timely and cost-effective deliveries while adhering to XPeng quality standards.

PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• EDUCATION: University/College degree, with specialization on Business Studies / Logistics / Economics and/or equivalent experience
• PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of logistics / operations - automotive / finished vehicle logistics experience preferred
• Good understanding in automotive / vehicle customs formalities
• Problem solving / analytical capabilities
• Good communication skills & Team player
• Ability to work independently with Pro-active attitude
• Customer focus & quality orientation
• Managing the job with performance orientation
• Fluent English both oral and written; Other language is a plus (Mandarin)
• Excellent command of Ms Office, Ms Access, open to learn other IT applications used in the daily business

• Responsible for keeping Health and Safety regulations
• Acting according to the rules of legislation
• Responsible for working according to quality regulations.
• Other responsibilities related to job content, rules, etc. regulated by the internal procedures of XPeng and the direct Supervisor.
