About The Role
We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team at our Orem, UT location. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—whether they reach out by phone, email, or in person. You’ll play a key part in creating an exceptional client experience by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to care and quality. This position is full-time and will be compensated at $16.00 per hour.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary receptionist and client contact for the storefront between the hours of 10am - 5pm
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders
- Communicate details about our preservation process, pricing, and timelines
- Address client concerns with empathy and care to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain organized records and ensure smooth communication across departments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role preferred
