Join Centorrino Technologies as an Asset and Configuration Coordinator to support the accuracy and maintenance of asset and configuration data. Work closely with the Service Management team to ensure asset and configuration records are up-to-date and reliable for reporting, audits, and operational service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in IT Service Management, preferably within an ITIL-aligned environment
- ITIL Foundation certification, or a willingness to obtain it
- Strong data entry, data quality, record management and attention to detail skills
- Ability to identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and follow up as required
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage repetitive, detail-focused tasks accurately
