The Project Assistant’s duties include performing business analysis work for the Justice Court Fund Modernization Project, a multi-year redesign project to replace legacy systems that enable the collection and processing of justice reports.
Minimum Qualifications
To be appointed to the Project Assistant, you must have:
- At least six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis
- At least two (2) years of experience in business process analysis for business process improvements or IT solutions
A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for four (4) years of general experience.
A Master’s Degree in a closely related field may be substituted for an additional one (1) year of the general experience.

- Demonstrated ability to consult with business and IT staff to ascertain scopes, requirements, and deliverables for IT application development projects
- Experience documenting requirements (e.g., process models, data flow diagrams, user stories, wireframes, data models, use cases)
- Experience translating requirements into technical specifications
- Experience creating and performing integration, system, and acceptance tests
