In this role, the Drafter will interpret architectural plans to develop professional technical shop drawings used by our craftsmen to produce high-end millwork. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers to solve structural challenges, research materials and hardware, and provide essential sketches for our vendors and production teams.

The Successful Drafter Will Have
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Autodesk Inventor 3D skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to read complex architectural drawings
- Woodworking experience (highly helpful)
- Design intuition with the ability to visualize intent and identify potential construction issues
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with part-listers, programmers, and project managers
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Associate's degree in design or drafting is preferred
Working Conditions
This is an hourly, non-exempt position. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., though varied hours may be required based on project needs. Work is primarily performed in an office environment, involving prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a computer workstation.
