Key Responsibilities
Technology & Application Leadership
- Lead development, maintenance, and support of mission-critical banking systems across retail and corporate banking, including online banking, credit cards, unsecured lending, payments, and customer service platforms.
- Own end-to-end system delivery covering workflow systems, contact center platforms, AI chat banking, and telemarketing systems.
- Ensure high system availability, performance, scalability, and security in compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from request scoping, solution design, resource planning, vendor coordination, to delivery governance.
- Drive Agile/Scrum execution and DevOps CI/CD practices to accelerate time-to-market and improve release quality.
- Oversee budgets, capacity planning, and vendor performance across regional and local teams.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of GenAI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to enhance developer productivity and software quality.
- Design and implement AI-enabled SDLC, including:
- Knowledge Base–driven discovery and design
- GenAI-assisted development and code quality improvement
- AI-powered test automation and regression testing
- SOP-guided deployment and recovery
- Identify, prioritize, and measure GenAI use cases in partnership with regional and local stakeholders.
- Ensure technology delivery aligned with secure SDLC, change management, AML controls, audit readiness, and operational resilience requirements.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit to design effective controls and mitigate technology risks.
- Act as a trusted technology partner to Business, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and regional technology teams.
- Lead and develop multi-disciplinary engineering teams across Java, React, Python, and platform technologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and engineering excellence.

- Customer Engagement Platforms: Contact center, IVR/CTI, chat banking, campaign tools
- Workflow & Process Automation
- AI & Automation: Agentic workflows, test automation, SDLC transformation
- 15+ years of IT experience, with 10+ years in leadership roles, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, regulated, customer-facing systems.
- Hands-on leadership across system development, maintenance, operations, and transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to balance business agility with risk, compliance, and control requirements.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline.
- Experience leading regional or multi-country teams in financial institutions.
- Direct involvement in GenAI/AI-led digital transformation initiatives.
- Background in credit card, Loan technologies, telemarketing systems
