Role Description

This is a hands-on sales and business leadership role. You will drive growth through identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships and developing strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include creating sales plans, conducting market analysis to identify trends, negotiating contracts and meeting revenue targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sydney, NSW.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow our NSW telecom business division.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, including SME and enterprise clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximise account value.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, providing solutions tailored to their telecom needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track sales performance and report on KPIs, revenue targets, and market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven sales and business development experience, ideally in telecommunications or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and industry trends.
  • Ability to operate independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
