We are looking for our next Customer Supply Chain Lead

Location: San Antonio, Texas

About your role:

The Customer Supply Chain Lead is responsible for maximizing supply chain performance with top NatureSweet customers by driving operational excellence across OTIF, fill rate, in-stock performance, and replenishment execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and improve customer supply chain KPIs including OTIF, OFR, fill rate, and forecast accuracy
• Lead replenishment calls with customers and internal stakeholders
• Proactively resolve inventory, forecast, and supply chain challenges
• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, customer service, sales, and distribution teams
• Support assortment transitions and replenishment strategies to minimize waste

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or production planning
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Fluent in English and Spanish
