The IT Developer will serve as the Office 365 Power Platform subject matter expert across all business functions, driving automation, application development, and process optimization initiatives. Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online. Partner closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions while ensuring governance, security, compliance, and adherence to best practices across all Power Platform implementations.


Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for automation and app development.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Integrate Office 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Forms) with Power Platform solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity within all developed solutions.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users.
  • Maintain documentation for all solutions, including design specifications and user guides.
  • In collaboration with the Project Manager, communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
  • In collaboration with the Project Manager, manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest Office 365 and Power Platform features and best practice


Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Office 365 and Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying business process automation and custom applications.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, and integration with Power Platform.
  • Experience with data modeling, DAX, and Power Query in Power BI.
  • Experience with data visualizations in Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and connectors is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to large groups.
  • High attention to detail and risk awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with global teams and vendors is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Portuguese & Spanish) are an advantage.
  • Flexible to travel as required.


Preferred

  • Experience with SDLC, Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience in matrix organizations.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Office 365 are a plus.
