About This Role
The Procurement Admin Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the procurement function. This role ensures smooth execution of day-to-day administrative activities, maintains records, and facilitates communication between internal stakeholders, and the procurement team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with relevant parties.
- Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple requests from across several areas and projects.
- Strong understanding (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative under minimal supervision.
