P&C Insurance | Data & Cloud Ecosystem | Strategic Growth Role

About This Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic Strategic Alliance Manager to join our team and help shape how we show up in the market in collaboration with our Partners. You will be a driver, connecting our technology partners with our account, vertical, and customer success teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll own and grow a portfolio of strategic technology partnerships — not just managing contacts, but cultivating genuine, collaborative relationships with partner teams across sales, delivery, product, and marketing. You’ll own joint business plans that open new markets, drive revenue, and make both sides of the partnership stronger.


Driving Go-to-Market Momentum

You’ll be a key part of making sure our partner ecosystem and internal teams are working collaboratively toward a goal: Aligning on target accounts, crafting compelling joint offerings, building field-ready enablement materials, and making sure all that work actually lands.

Growing the Pipeline

You’ll help discover and nurture new opportunities and support the team in turning them into real pipeline. Act as a support for sales teams through deal cycles by bringing the right partner resources, incentives, and expertise to the table at the right time.


Be the Connector

You are the bridge between our internal vertical, delivery, sales, and marketing teams and our partner organizations. That means educating colleagues on what our partners bring to the table, supporting joint offerings and assets, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across a busy, multi-stakeholder environment.


Keeping the Engine Running

You’ll track performance, ensure adherence to program metrics and training requirements, navigate opportunities to jointly go to market, keep up with MDF processes, and make sure our partnerships operate with the rigor and accountability they deserve — from deal registration through contract renewals and planning cycles.

Job Requirements

5+ years managing partnerships and alliances at an SI or on the vendor side

Hands-on experience working with data and cloud platforms and a track record of turning those relationships into revenue driving success

Experience working side-by-side with sales and customer success leaders to generate real pipeline and close deals

Demonstrate knowledge of what makes partnerships successful and productive

The kind of executive presence that builds credibility quickly, both internally and with senior stakeholders; you own the room when you need to and ride as an active passenger when someone else is driving.

Working knowledge of operational activities and the tools necessary to track partnership progress

Strong communication and negotiation skills, adaptability when priorities shift, comfortable in small meetings and big conferences.

Able to travel up to 25%


Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in the P&C insurance industry

Familiarity with measuring and maintaining partner program success

Awareness or direct experience with Guidewire, Snowflake, Databricks, and other partners in our portfolio

Prior experience navigating relationships with hyperscalers like Microsoft and AWS

Comfort and understanding of working across globally distributed teams spanning the US, EMEA, and India
