The Role

We are looking for a hungry, highly motivated Technical Intern to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be the crucial bridge between our technology and our customers. You won’t just be fetching coffee; you will be writing code, solving real-world customer problems, maintaining our software, and actively integrating AI into our operational workflows.

This internship is designed to be a launchpad. For the right candidate, this role has a direct path to a full-time position as a Junior Software Developer or AI Engineer upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support Engineering: Act as the first line of technical defense, investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues raised by our customers.
• Software Maintenance & Bug Fixing: Dive into our codebase to identify bugs, write patches, and deploy fixes to keep our systems running smoothly.
• AI Implementation: Identify bottlenecks in our customer support and internal workflows, and build AI-driven solutions (e.g., using LLMs or automation tools) to streamline and scale these processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with both the core engineering and customer success teams to communicate user feedback and improve our core product.

Who You Are

• Educational Background: You are in your final year of studies or have recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong Technical Foundation: You have solid coding skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.) and are comfortable navigating complex codebases and APIs.
• Problem Solver: You enjoy getting to the bottom of technical mysteries and possess strong debugging skills.
• Hungry & Driven: You are highly motivated, eager to learn, and excited by the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage startup. You don't wait for tasks to be handed to you; you take initiative.
• AI Enthusiast: You are passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to apply AI creatively to solve practical, everyday business problems.
