Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure efficient turnover and cleanliness.
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the dining areas and assisting with any additional requests from guests.
- Ensure all necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments are stocked and available for guests and staff.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks in the dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
- Help staff with tasks such as running food orders, organizing dishware, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant area.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
- Secure all items and storage areas.
- Complete closing duties.
- Prepare a daily purchasing list to maintain a healthy inventory level as directed by the supervisor.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals, listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the supervisor.
- Hospitality oriented
- Previous experience in a similar role in a Fine Dining setting
- Able to handle difficult situations effectively
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
