We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented DC Recruiter to lead full cycle recruiting for our Distribution Center operations, partnering closely with operational leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across hourly roles. This role plays a critical part in maintaining workforce stability and ensuring hiring processes move quickly, efficiently, and compliantly in a high-volume environment.


This individual will own recruiting strategy for the Distribution Center, drive pipeline development, improve speed to hire, and deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.


What You’ll Do:

This is a Full-Time Salary Position


  • Manage full cycle recruiting for Distribution Center roles including hourly, supervisory, and leadership positions.
  • Partner with Distribution Center leadership to understand workforce planning, hiring needs, and operational priorities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Lead sourcing efforts across job boards, community partnerships, referral channels, and local recruiting events.
  • Screen candidates and assess qualifications against operational and leadership competencies.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage hiring workflows through the ATS.
  • Drive offer process and support pre-employment workflows including background checks and onboarding.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics including time to fill, applicant flow, and source effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, hiring practices, and internal policies.
  • Support employer branding efforts and local recruiting initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the process.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Environmental Factors & Working Schedule:

  • 5 days in-person attendance (Whitestown, IN) at our Indy Distribution Center.
  • Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include long periods of computer screen usage, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or high-volume operations
  • Experience recruiting hourly and exempt talent
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline building capabilities
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and follow through
  • Distribution Center or warehouse recruiting experience (preferred)
  • High-volume recruiting environment (preferred)
  • Experience supporting multi-shift operations (preferred)
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics and workforce planning (preferred)
