You will work at the intersection of software, hardware, and energy systems, helping us integrate and operate battery storage and other flexible energy assets in real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, integrate, and operate core systems that connect energy assets such as inverters, battery management systems, energy meters, and EV chargers.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot energy system integrations in collaboration with our technology partners.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and testing of new energy systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure high reliability and performance of installed systems.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and partners to ensure technical plans are realistic and well executed.
- Use modern engineering tools, including AI-assisted workflows where relevant, to improve diagnostics, documentation, and system performance.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience integrating and operating energy systems (inverters, loads, or BESS).
- Experience in field testing, system integration, or commissioning of hardware-based systems.
- Structured, pragmatic, and self-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working close to both hardware and software.
- Curious about new tools and methods, including AI-assisted engineering.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Enjoys teamwork and working with external partners.
- Experience with large-scale BESS installations or related energy storage technologies.
- Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools to diagnose, test, or automate integrations between software and physical energy systems.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting local network issues, including Modbus-based communication.
