Are you a talent manager working independently, or at an agency that doesn’t provide the support, systems, or opportunities to grow?


Three Roads Agency is looking for experienced talent managers representing creators, creatives, and other talent categories who want to scale their book of business without giving up their autonomy.

Our founders and team bring more than 50 years of combined experience in talent representation. We built Three Roads to support both talent and managers with the tools, systems, deal flow, network, and collaborative structure needed to grow.


The Role

You’ll manage your own roster while plugging into Three Roads’ shared infrastructure, brand relationships, and team environment. We’ve built the operational support around deal tracking, contracts, payments, reporting, and administrative workflows so you can focus on what matters most - growing your talent, building brand relationships, and closing opportunities.


This role is designed as a pathway to a full-time position as your roster and revenue scale. You’ll start with a strong commission share on the profit you generate, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time seat as the business grows.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow your roster of creators, creatives, or other talent categories
  • Develop monetization strategies and long-term career plans for talent
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close brand partnerships and campaigns
  • Collaborate with other Three Roads managers on cross-roster opportunities
  • Use our systems for deal tracking, contracts, payments, and reporting
  • Build relationships with brands, agencies, and platform partners


Who You Are

  • Experienced in creator, influencer, talent, or model management
  • Have an active roster of talent or relationships you can bring into Three Roads
  • Proven ability to negotiate brand deals and create monetization opportunities
  • Organized, communicative, and relationship-driven
  • Comfortable operating independently within a collaborative team structure
