A highly private advisor is seeking a sharp, discreet Executive/Personal Assistant to support across both professional and personal life. This is not a chief of staff or strategic role, it is pure execution. The right candidate gets things done without being asked twice and takes genuine pride in being the invisible force that keeps everything running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Own complex, ever-changing travel logistics, international and domestic, with precision and zero drama
- Support calendar management and day-to-day scheduling, including call sheets and keeping the day on time
- Handle reservations, send gifts and cards, manage expenses, and take care of the full. range of personal and executive admin tasks
- Anticipate needs before they're voiced and execute without hand-holding
- Interface professionally with an UHNW network including family office contacts, venture investors, and entrepreneurs
Who You Are
- Experienced: you have supported a demanding, high-profile principal before and know what true discretion looks like
- A seasoned travel manager: you've handled complex, multi-leg, international itineraries and know how to troubleshoot on the fly
- Quietly excellent: you're smart, organized, and capable, and you don't need the role to be about you
- A team player: you'll work seamlessly with the team and collaborate to get it done
Location: Ideal for someone based in NYC who can have a strong presence in their midtown office.
