🚀 I am partnering with a pan-European asset management intelligence platform building out its German presence. Their new Head of Germany will be responsible for opening the Frankfurt office and shaping the business from the ground up. This is a committed build-out, with an additional Sales Manager hire from the outset, reflecting a clear long-term investment in the region.

This is a rare opportunity to join a scaling, pan-European asset management platform at an early stage of growth in one of Europe’s most strategic investment management markets.
Germany remains a core priority for international asset managers, and these hires will play a central role in opening the German office and building long-term market presence, client relationships and positioning.
🔹 Head of Germany
Reports to: Head of EMEA
Focus: Commercial build-out & market leadership
- Lead the launch and scale of the German business
- Build revenue via strategic partnerships with asset managers
- Develop relationships with senior distribution & marketing leaders
- Drive growth across content, events & strategic partnerships
- Manage the local team and shape long-term market strategy
Profile:
- Extensive experience within an international asset manager
- Expertise across the buy-side (fund selectors) and distribution landscape
- Proven track record in commercial growth & relationship building
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in a build-phase environment
- Fluent German & English
🔹 Sales Manager
Reports to: Head of Germany
Focus: Commercial development & client partnerships
- Support revenue growth and market expansion
- Build relationships with asset managers & distribution teams
- Deliver partnerships across content, events & media solutions
- Manage pipeline, client engagement & commercial opportunities
Profile:
- Experience within an international asset manager (wholesale / fund selectors)
- Complementary regional coverage across Germany
- Strong relationship-building and commercial mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent German & English
